There is no charge for this service, however, orders must be received 14-days prior to the event and shipping charges may be applied to orders that are not picked up. | Our policy is to charge you only once your items have been packaged and shipped to you. If for some reason you are only shipped a partial shipment, you will only be charged for the portion sent. |

| Phone Orders |
| Call us at 237-5350 to make a phone order. Our sales person will need your mailing address, telephone number and credit card information along with your order. |
| Returns and Exchanges |
| Our general policy is to accept all returns and exchanges. You are welcome to either (1) bring them into our store or (2) mail them back for return or In some cases we may provide a prepaid shipping label. Email returns@schooluniformshawaii.com to ask for one. |
